2018 NorCal Asian-American All-Star Game Itinerary
PLAYER & PARTICIPANT ARRIVAL
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27TH, 2018
For players playing in the 6pm Girls All-Star Game we ask that they show up no later than 5:15pm.
For players playing in the 7:30pm Boys All-Star Game we ask that they arrive no later than 6:30pm, but hopefully earlier so you all can watch the first game as well.
PARTICIPANT & PLAYER SIGN-IN & LOCKR ROOMS
Look for Sign-In Table when entering the gymnasium lobby. Please bring some form of ID (School ID, State ID, Driver's License) as the rosters are public, to prevent someone from taking your jersey. Show your ID and you will be given your uniform and instructions.
VCHS has been allowed us to use their locker rooms in the gymnasium for the teams. We will direct you which locker room you will be using. For the Girls game, please remember to take your things with you after halftime discussion so the Boys can change for their game.
WE EXPECT DOORS TO OPEN AT 5:30PM FOR FANS & FAMILY. WE WILL WORK TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE EARLIER, HOWEVER, WE NEED TO COMPLETELY SETUP THE LIVE BROADCAST BEFORE ALLOWING FANS IN THE GYMNASIUM. VCHS HAS A NICE LOBBY FOR THOSE THAT DO ARRIVE EARLY.

Valley Christian High School
100 Skyway Dr, San Jose, CA 95111
Take Monterey Rd and Turn onto Skyway Drive. Follow Valley Christian Access Road up the hill. Building with RED Arrow in picture is the gymnasium
Parking
Parking is free on campus, however their is limited parking nearest the gymnasium. Their is only one road that will circle all parking areas prior to getting you closer to the gym.
WILL CALL FOR TICKET PRESALES
When entering the lobby we will have a line especially for those who purchased their tickets in advance from our website. Look for Will Call. You will need a form of ID in order to get your tickets. You will be given all tickets you purchased. We can only give the tickets to the person who purchased the tickets online. Please plan accordingly.

We will accept both cash & credit at the door for admission to this event. Event prices on the day of the event are as follows:
VIP (reserved mid court seating) - $16
General Admission - $12
Student/Military/Seniors - $10
Kids (K-8th grade) - $8
Kids under 5 years - FREE
*Kids may sit with Parents/Adult in VIP section

Discounted Online Tickets will be available until Tuesday Night at 9pm

Save $2 on each ticket by purchasing in advance.
ADDITIONAL UNIFORM PURCHASES
Each player will get to keep their custom uniform (shorts & jersey) for their participation in this event. The uniforms have gotten such a buzz online (special thanks to Jeremy Lin requesting one on Twitter!) that we contacted our supplier to see if we could get a smaller order for those interested. We will accept orders via e-mail and on the day of the event. We can get them customized with your name on the back, size and preferred color. Supplier can only do a full set (shorts & jersey)

$169 for both sets (blue & gold sets)

One of our sponsors, Hoopcrate, is providing the Official Event T-Shirts for $20. May prepay them by Monday morning by 9 am or purchase at the event. We will only have 30 for sale at the event.
